Terms & Conditions for Hamilton Webshop
All prices on this site include danish purchase tax (MOMS). Orders through this webshop can only be paid with debit or credit cards.
The following cards are accepted:
Transactions are conducted through a secure site, approved by TELLER A/S. Payment will be deducted from your account after your order has been dispatched.
Orders received between monday 9 am and friday 3 pm will be dispatched on the next working day. There are no dispatches on saturdays, sundays or bank holidays. All orders are sent by Standard 1st Class Post.
Estimated delivery times:
1-2 days in Denmark, 3-4 days in Europe, 6 days worldwide. In the unlikely event of any item being out of stock, you will receive notification by e-mail with the option of cancellation and refund, or if you prefer, to defer payment until the item is back in stock.
Complaints and Returns
All items bought through this site come with a 14 day refund, in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act, Denmark. If you receive a delivery with missing, damaged or incorrect items - please contact me by e-mail The items on this site are all handmade from raw materials, as can be seen here. The designs are fairly constant in their appearance but not identical. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return unused and in original packaging within 14 days, and I will give you a full refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please include a note with your order number and your reason for returning the goods.
Price, product and availability information is subject to change at short notice and without prior notification. I accept no responsibility for type errors or items out of stock. In accordance with the danish tax regulations, I am bound to retain client information for 5 years after any transaction. Under no circumstances will I share customer details with any other company, third party or affiliate.
